Policies

-All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for any reason.


-In the event that an order must be cancelled, payment(s) received may be transferred to a future order within six months of cancellation date. Note that the new order date must be available on the Posh Sugar production calendar. Cancellations must be done in writing at minimum one week prior to order due date. All cancellations should be sent to: poshsugarllc@gmail.com


-For all orders totaling less than $150.00, full payment is due at time of booking. For orders $150.00 or more, 50% of order total is due at time of booking and is considered a non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% is due at minimum two weeks prior to order due date. All payments received are non-refundable.


-Any goods placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting due to heat. We are not liable for goods once it has been picked-up.


-We do not deliver. We offer pick-up only at this time in the Stone Mountain/Lithonia area.
